Data warehousing projects seems not to live up to its expectations in most companies. This is due to various factors. One of the main factors is that warehouse projects are conducted in a dynamic environment. The other factor is that data warehouses are mostly mistaken with very large databases. I would have liked it to be called business intelligence databases that would have cleared up all the misunderstanding.
